Employee Hub Assignment
Employee hub access will be granted in the employee tab. Each employee will have access to the list of hubs assigned. This will also govern AutoDialer manager escalation, by checking the “Dispatch Contact Allowed” option when adding a hub.
[!INFO] Flow Employee Hub Assignments will be used for (and replace) a number of items: 1. Flow hub access (all Flow functions)
Pronto Form hub assignments (replacing security groups in Microsoft AAD)
AutoDialer hub assignment (and escalations)
Logistrics hub assignments (only assignments, permissions to follow later)
[!WARNING] When assigning a hub to an employee, checking the “Dispatch Contact Allowed” will put the employee on the escalation tree for AutoDialer and other escalations.
Hub assignments are limited based on those hubs available to the manager granting access (except for Admins). For example, if a manager has access to 5 hubs, they may grant access to those hubs to others, but they will not have access to grant other hub access. See example below, where only 5 hubs are available to assign.
Employees are also granted permission roles from the Flow employee screen:
