Flow app modernization
The “Flow” app is replacing and consolidating functionality for updating “reference” data, such as vehicle, employee/driver, employee locations, employee shifts, and hubs.
Home Page
The home page will eventually be used to display key metrics and other relevant information. At present time it displays AutoDialer metrics, indicating the number of calls for the past 15, 30 and 60 minutes. More metrics will be added as development continues.
Employee / Driver
The employee / driver (“employee” from here on out) page incorporates several pages from Logistrics: Driver, New Driver, User Search and Availability.
-
Employee availability is incorporated directly into the employee record, simplifying navigation.
-
Employee notification from AutoCaller is assigned here, allowing for those managers requiring changes to who is notified to be changed directly by the end user, without need for IT support. Those user assignments are also viewable.
[!CAUTION] If an employee record does not contain a railcrewxpress.com email address which matches their login email address, they will not be able to login to Flow. Updating this email to match their correct domain account, if it is missing, will allow for them to login.

Vehicles
Vehicle is fairly straightforward, with a user able to see and modify vehicles for their assigned hubs. The interface has been cleaned up; removing obsolete items ( oil change + maintenance being handled by Collective Data, for instance) from the interface.
Hubs
Hub allows users to see hubs they have assigned. I
-
New functionality allows for the autocaller to be managed in the hub interface, no longer needing IT assistance.
-
Fuel card account numbers are available to the end user, allowing WEX card changes to be applied and viewed.
-
The group email name for notifications is available to view and edit.
